Cancellation Policy

At Cracking IAS Books - Raja Sir IAS Academy, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure described in our Return and Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by the Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations including:

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be processed.

4. Refund After Cancellation

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through another appropriate method, depending on the payment provider.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway and your bank.
